Are the apartments furnished?
Yes. The apartments are fully furnished, including accessories, TV, washing machine, and a complete kitchen inventory with tableware and appliances.
What are the rent and additional costs?
Rents start at EUR 1,497 per month, including furniture. In addition, you pay EUR 100 per month as an advance payment for electricity and water.
When are the apartments available?
There are currently no apartments available. Join the general waiting list and we will contact you when an apartment becomes available.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 6 months. There is no maximum rental period.
Can I register at the address?
Yes, registration at the address is possible.
Are pets or smoking allowed?
Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside the apartment is also not allowed.
Can I join the waiting list?
Yes. The waiting list covers all apartments at Nieuwe Boteringestraat. Registration is non-binding and does not guarantee an apartment or a fixed position in a queue.
Is a request the same as a reservation?
No. Registration is non-binding and does not create a right to a reservation or allocation. When an apartment becomes available, we contact suitable candidates.
